Refurbishment

Our Refurbishment Procedure is very thorough.

As an example the following pictures show the refurbishment of a Wilson FX Spindle Moulder.

• Machine prior to refurbishment.
• Table lifted off and all parts removed.
• All parts disassembled prior to cleaning and repairing if necessary.
• All bearings are replaced and motors rewound if required.
• The main body is resprayed.
• All parts are resprayed All parts are reassembled.
• Finally the machine is assembled, re-wired, electric brakes and guarding are fitted if required.
